A friendly Canadian

Posted by Picasa

Luis and I were looking at a map. This guy asked us if we were lost. I said we were looking for the lieutenant governor's mansion. He said told us to hop in and he would drive us there. On the way, he gave us a lesson in Canada's government. Just one more nice Canadian we've encountered.

Now you KNOW this would never happen in New York. Another reason Canada was such a smart move. Eh?

Damn, I wish it weren't so cold there...I'd move!

Caryn, Well, if someone offered to do that in New York I would decline. Kay, it rarely gets below freezing here in Victoria and Vancouver. But it does rain a lot. Flowers do well year-round.
