Seeking home, sweet, home

Today we start searching for an apartment. We're looking in the West End, not far from Stanley Park, the beach and palm trees (and I am not kidding about the palm trees).

Palms??? Vancouver has Palms??? Would that be a Treo, a Zire or perhaps a good old IIIxe? :-)
