We're here

We had a very nice flight to Vancouver on Harbour Air. Luis sat up front with the pilot. I had a wonderful view out windows on both sides. There was one seat on one side and two seats on the other. We flew over numerous islands and even flew over U.S. airspace briefly. It's overcast here.
When we arrived, I said "We're here!" There are so many skycrapers, so it was funny to arrive by landing on the ocean. We walked to the terminal via a floating dock. Then there were two walkways, each about the width of a sidewalk. One said "arrivals" the other said "departures."
We had sent most of our luggage yesterday because we were over the 25-pound limit. OK, we're going to meet Ken Tomilson, our host through couchsurfing.org.

Wow, that sure was a quick flight....sounded so nice, really, don't you wish it could have lasted longer? Good luck with your Canadian host.
