We found a place at a building called The Sapphire. Click on that link. Click on floorplans. We would be floorplan 03. It's a brand new building. This apartment has never been lived in. It is on the 18th floor and has a view of the harbour and the mountains. This apartment has never been lived in.
Click on the link above and you can read all about it. We got a one-bedroom because it's more afforable. But we'll get a futon in the living room for visitors. It's $1,790 a month, which seems standard for this buiding.
We expect to seal the deal tomorrow. We're very happy.

It looks beautiful! (But the music on that Web site is really annoying.) Can't wait to come visit!
The Sapphire is a GEM!!! What a location, and you are so close to something called a "seabus," which sounds like it's really fun to ride on. Floorplan looks very welcoming and the building is awesome! You did well, considering you grabbed it up in under 24 hours' worth of searching.
Best of all NO ONE LIVED THERE BEFORE. That's like owning a car with ZERO mileage on the odometer!
Wow, I'm packing up my blow up bed as soon as I finish this. If you've never lived in a high rise you're in for a treat...it is a totally different experience. Buy a dolly or cart first thing so you won't be making repeated trips to the car to bring things up. You will love it!
